By accessing or using PlanPot, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What PlanPot Is

PlanPot is a free fantasy share-trading game built around international football tournaments. Users buy and sell shares in national teams using notional (not real) currency within private leagues. Share prices change automatically based on real match results.

No real money is wagered, won, or lost through the PlanPot platform. The game uses notional currency only. League organisers may separately arrange prize pools among their members — PlanPot has no involvement in, knowledge of, or liability for any real-money arrangements between users.

Who Runs It

PlanPot is operated by Mynightoff Limited (Company Number: 06129966), registered in England and Wales.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to use PlanPot. One account per person.

Your Account

You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your password secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. We can suspend or delete accounts that misuse the platform.

How the Game Works

Share prices are calculated automatically based on match results using the rules described on our How It Works page. All trading uses notional currency only. PlanPot is a game of skill and judgement — it is not gambling.

Each league is independent with its own budget, portfolio, and leaderboard. Your performance in one league does not affect another.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• • Attempt to manipulate the trading system or exploit bugs
• • Harass, abuse, or intimidate other users
• • Use automated means to access the platform without permission
• • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems

Intellectual Property

PlanPot and its content (including design, code, and branding) are the property of Mynightoff Limited. Match data and team information are used for the purposes of the game.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without guaranteed uptime or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mynightoff Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, any loss of data, or any damages arising from your use of the platform. This is a free service with no guarantees of availability.

Our total liability shall not exceed £50 (the notional starting budget — which, for the avoidance of doubt, has no real-world monetary value).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
